Standard and express delivery options

Delivery is calculated separately from the product subtotal.

Standard deliveryFree when your product subtotal is £100 or more£4.95
Express deliveryA separate option at checkout£7.95

A product subtotal of exactly £100 qualifies for free standard delivery. Express remains £7.95, including on orders over £100.

Order status and tracking

An order reference confirms that your order was recorded. Payment must be confirmed and the store must approve the order before preparation, dispatch or tracking can be recorded.

An administrator can then enter fulfilment status, carrier details and a tracking link on your private receipt. These records are entered manually, rather than synchronised with a courier. A saved order reference alone does not confirm dispatch or a delivery date.

Delivery arrangements still to confirm

Delivery destinations, carriers, dispatch times and the process for reporting damaged or missing parcels have not yet been supplied by the operator.
